OPTIMAL AGRICULTURAL SALES (PTY) LTD STATES:
- All implements and equipment showed on this site are used and owned by Third Parties.
- Used items are sold “voetstoots” as is.
- Cannot guarantee availability of used equipment nor can be held responsible for any price changes.
- Do not guarantee any item nor warranty broken parts of any equipment.
- Prospective buyers must view any equipment or item at the owner/dealer and bring along a mechanic to test any items before payment, if the condition is queried.
- All items will remain the property of the owner/dealer until paid in full and all amounts cleared in our bank account.
- All sales bear VAT @ 15% and 0% when exported.
- Transport not included in the price, but can be arranged for the Purchaser’s account.
- Proud themselves by dealing in market related used equipment which is in working order.
10. Should any Purchaser or Seller contact each other directly after
any item was introduced to them by us or viewed, a fee of R7500
(VAT incl) will be payable by the Seller to us.
11. All prospective buyers are referred to Act 68 of 2008 (“The CPA”),
which is expressly excluded because:
- The buyer has been expressly informed that all items were offered and sold as used and in a specific condition and agreed to accept the item in such condition from the owner/dealer with visible defects (Sec 55 of Act).
