About Us
Optimal Agricultural Sales PTY LTD started in 2009, under the previous name of WCTS (Western Cape Tractor Sales) by Jacques Van Wyk. In 2013 Jacques was asked to join a Landini / McCormick and Rovic Leers dealer in Malmesbury, were he and his whole family moved to the beautiful town of Malmesbury. Over the next 3 years, Jacques gained massive knowledge on new tractors and implements, sales and marketing while still running WCTS in his spare time.
Jacques met allot of new farmers, clients and suppliers, and while building honest relationships with them, his knowledge of sales of farming equipment grew daily. In 2016, the new company Optimal Agricultural Sales PTY LTD was registered, and Jacques Van Wyk and Euwan Erwee are still the Directors of the company. Jacques is running the sales side, while Euwan is the man behind the paperwork. We also have a lady lending a helping hand that is running our online marketing department.
While growing, we have had the privilege of gaining top-class contracts of new Agriculture Equipment agencies as well. We can supply new and used equipment.
We invest and sponsor quite a lot of local Agriculture agencies in our region, and we are a member of Agri Malmesbury. We attend / display at a lot of Agriculture days, and also support local agricultural shows like the Swartland Skou, Malmesbury Skou, Nampo Bothaville, Nampo Cape, Baler Challenge and much more.
We love to give back to the community that constantly supports us. Over the last couple of years, we have had close to 700 successful and happy client sales. We will continue to do honest business and supply only the best possible products to our hard-working farming communities.
